Download all the Supplies here.

The lovely tube is from Matt Widmann.

Let's Start!

Open all the Supplies in PSP.

Choose two colours from your tube.
Make a Gradient with it, Angle 45, repeat 1.
I used the colours #c60014 and #fe7166.

New Image : 600 x 600 white.

Layers - New Raster Layer - Floodfill this Layer with the Gradient.

Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image :

Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance.

Layers - Merge - Merge Group.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 1-1-50-25 Black.

Copy the text (Joy) and Paste as a New Layer.
Move it to the bottom of your image.

Copy the tube (hotcheeks_mattwidmann_sigalicioussez.pspimage)
and Paste as a New Layer.
Move it so that it fits nicely on the "Joy" text.

If you use the same tube as I did, put her hand on the "O" and her behind on the "Y"

Apply the same Drop Shadow as before :
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 1-1-50-25 Black.

Your image should look like this now:

To get part of the Text to be in front of the tube, just like the example,

Do the following steps :

1.  Lock the visibility layer of the tube
2.  Activate the Freehand Selection tool and select this part of the text only:

3.  Edit - Copy
4.  Selections - Select None
5.  Unlock the visibility layer of the tube and click on it.
6.  Layer - Paste as New Layer
7.  With your Move Tool - move it onto the image and other text until it fits perfectly.

See example :

8.  Acivate the "Joy" Text Layer and apply Drop Shadow with the same settings as before.
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 1-1-50-25 Black.

I didn't apply a Drop Shadow to the small piece of the text I copied and pasted.
You can do so if you want to.

Activate the top layer.

Copy the Frame (Frame2_byCordelia.psp) and Paste as a New Layer.
Move to the top left of your image.

Layers - Arrange - Move Down - Repeat twice.
Now the Frame will be under the Layer of the "Joy" Text.
I also removed the bottom part of the Frame, as I found it a bit too pressing for the image.
You may leave it as it is, if it pleases you.

If you want to delete part of the Frame, do it like this :
Activate the Selection Tool, select the bottom part of the Frame and press Delete.

Selections - Select None.

*** In Snakelady's beautiful Alternative version below, she left the Frame as it was ***

Copy the Hearts (DSE-Valentine-Hearts.pspimage) and Paste as a New Layer.
Activate the Move Tool and move it to the bottom of your image.

Activate the Text Tool.
With a font of your choice or the font I used -
Jazz TextExtended, size 48, place your name or text.

Layers - Merge - Merge All (Flatten).

Place your watermark and/or Tube copyright.
