Download all the Supplies here.
The lovely tube is from Popeye Wong.
Place the Mask (Washed out Mask by Shereen.jpg) in the Masks Folder
and open the rest of the Supplies in PSP.

Open a New Image : 700 x 600 White.
Layers - New Raster Layer.
Choose a colour from your tube. I chose #feb0d9.
Floodfill the layer with your colour.
Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from Disk - look for the Mask "Washed out by Shereen",
and Load with the following settings :

Layers - Merge - Merge Group.
Open "pinkembelishments_bisous.psp" and activate the bottom layer.

Copy and Paste as a New Layer.
Copy chrismist_candles_8909.pspimage and Paste as a New Layer.
Layers - Arrange - Move Down.
Reduce the Opacity of the Layer to 40.
Activate the Top Layer.
Copy the tube (the-pink-comfort.psp) and Paste as a New Layer.
Move it so it fit onto the ring.
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 0-0-50-15 Black.
Now you can use the other layers of pinkembelishments_bisous.psp
and decorate your tag to your choice.
I placed the text below the image.
The tags with Love and Cure, I placed to the right top of the image,
underneath the layer of the ring.
I erased small pieces of the Stickpin and added the same Drop Shadow as before.
Look at my example to see how I arranged the embellishments,
but you can use your own imagination to decorate the tag.
When you are finished with the result, merge all the layers.
Add your watermark and name. I used the font "Fabulous 50s".
I do hope you had lots of fun making your tag.
