The tube is from Lisa.
The misted background is from Moni.

Let's Start!

Open all the Supplies in PSP.

New Image : 800 x 400 transparent.

Selections - Select All.

Copy paper 1 of dreamsscrapjel.psp and Paste into Selection.

Selections - Select none.

Copy ribbon and Paste as a New Layer.

Image - Rotate - Free Rotate : 90 degrees right.

Move to the right.  See example:



Layers - New Raster Layer.

Activate the Selection Tool - Rectangle - Custom Selection:



Copy paper 2 and Paste into Selection.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 2-2-70-20 Black.

Leave selection as it is.

Copy MD-Scenic024.pspimage and Paste as a New Layer.
Resize : 85%

Move to the left.

Part of the image fall outside the rectangle selection 
and it is going to be removed like this :

Selections - Invert - Press Delete button

Leave selection as it is.

Copy the tube (misted-eroL41.pspimage) and Paste as a New Layer.
Move to the right.

Part of the image also falls outside the rectangle selection. 
Remove it by pressing the Delete button.

Selections - Select None.

Layers Duplicate.

Copy sticker 4 and Paste as a New Layer.
Move to the top left.

Apply the same drop shadow.
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 2-2-70-20 Black.

Copy sticker 3 and Paste as a New Layer.
Move to the left and apply the same Drop Shadow.

Copy sticker 2 and Paste as a New Layer.
Move to the bottom left and apply the same Drop Shadow.

See example:



Copy stitches and Paste as a New Layer.
Move to the left.

Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror.

Add your name and watermark.
For this I used the font NevinsAvant, size 36.
