What you need for this Tutorial:

For the Border:
Greg's Factory Output Vol. 2 Filter - Poolshadow.
Simple Filter - Quicktile

The lovely tube is from Native Nancy.

Let's start!

Open all the Supplies in PSP.

New Image : 700x500 transparent.

Copy the background (bground_JHanna.jpg) and Paste as a New Layer.

Copy Frame (KelsFrame29.pspframe) and Paste as a New Layer.

Set the Blendmode of the Layer on Luminance (L) and the Opacity at 60.

Using your Magic Wand, select the inside of the Frame.

Layers - New Raster Layer.

Copy the image of the car (Risi_Ferrari_4500.jpg) and Paste Into Selection.

Selections - Select None.

Layers Arrange - Move Down.

Activate the Top Layer.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 1-1-85-10 Black.

Copy the woman tube (NN Racer Girl Mei 08 85.pspimage) and Paste as a New Layer.
Add the same Drop shadow.
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 1-1-85-10 Black.

Select text of your choice from the WordART
(KCVisions-WordArt-NascarQuotes.pspimage) and Paste as a New Layer.
Move downwards to the right.

Copy Smokeblock - snake and Paste as a New Layer.
Move to the right of your image.

Move the layer down - between Raster 1 and 3.

Layers Merge - Merge All (Flatten).

Add your watermark and name (font: SBC Karen Bear).

To make the Border:

Image - Add Borders - 1 pixel Black.

Image - Add borders - 50 pixels with a color from your tube.
I used #8e393b.

Select the border with your Magic Wand.

Effects - Plugins - Gregs Factory Output Vol. 2 - Poolshadow,
Intensity and Lightness on 128.

Selections - Modify - Contract Selection - 10 pixels.

Effects - Plugins -Simple - Quick Tile.

Add the same Drop Shadow.
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow : 1-1-85-10 Black.

Selections - Select None.
