Snakelady, thank you very much for your permission that I may translate your tutorial.

What do you need:
2 beautiful images (vertical) and a flower tube.
You can find the materials I used  here.

Plugin dsb flux
Plugin FM Tile Tools

Open your pictures, text and tube in PSP.

Open your fonts and minimize them.

Open a new transparent image of 600x400.
Choose 2 colors from your picture or tube.

A dark color for your foreground and a licht color for you background.
Set your background to gradient - Linear - Angle 0 - Repeats 0.

Flood fill your image with this gradient.

Copy your picture (or tulp1) - Past as a new layer on your working image.
Effects - Distortion effects - Wind - Right - 100.

Place it a bit to the middle.

Effects - Plugins - dsb flux - Linear Transmission - with these settings:

Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss - default settings.

Set the opacity of this layer to about 45.

Copy your 2nd picture (or tulp2) - Past as a new layer on your working image.

Place this one to the right, see my image above the lesson for placing.

Effects - Distortion effects - Wind - Left - 100.

Effects - Plugins - dsb flux - Linear Transmission - same settings.

Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss.

Place this one a bit to the left and down, but leave a line free -

see image above this lesson.

Set the opacity of this layer to about 50.

Past as a new layer (it's still in the memory) on your working image.

Place this one to the right and down.
The bottom of the picture exact on the bottom of the effect layer.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow:

Repeat with vert and hor to -5 (minus 5).

Copy your first picture (or tulp1) - Past as a new layer on your working image.

Place this up to the left, the top a bit above the effect layer - see image above this lesson.

Give the same drop shadow as before, with 5 and -5 (minus 5).

Copy your flower tube - Past as a new layer on your working image.

Place it as you like.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow:

Copy the text tube - Past as a new layer on your working image.

Place it as you like.
Ofcourse you may use an other text.

I used font: Passions Conflict ROB.
You can give it a drop shadow of your choise.

At the top crea I didn't do it, but at the bottom one I did.
See what you like more.

Layers - Merge - Merge all layers (Flatten).

Effects - Ilumination effects - Sunburst - with these settings:

Add your name.

I used font MiltonBurlesque - Size 36.
Choose 2 beautiful colors.

I had the background on gradient - Linear - Angle 0 - Repeats 5.

Give your name a this drop shadow: vert and hor 2 - opacity 75 - blur 5.

Selections - Select all.

Image - Add borders - 3 pixels - foreground (dark) color.

Selections - Invert.

Effects - 3D Effects - Inner bevel - with these settings:

Selections - Select none.

Place your watermark and if you want you can resize your creation.
